  1. President’s Christmas Party and Christmas Concerts: Saturday, 12/3

    Please clear and salt walking paths and parking lots in these areas:

    -Near the Mansion parking lot
    -East facility services lot
    -Main campus drive
    -From Waybright to ATO Chapel

    Please make sure parking lots and pathways are clear by 1pm on Saturday, 12/3. There are two Christmas Concerts, one is at 3pm and the other is at 7:30pm in the Chapel. The President’s Christmas Party is 5-6:45pm in Waybright.

  3. from Jasmine Phillips: Please remove snow and salt walking paths if needed; Please salt and clear the walking paths near the mansion parking lot, east facility services lot, main campus drive, and from Waybright to Chapel as needed by 1pm on Friday, 12/1 in preparation for guests arriving for the President’s Christmas Party.
